On the average, 80% of the cost to educate a child at Cathedral School of Saint Mary is covered by our tuition rates. Therefore, families are expected to support our fundraising efforts through our No-Cost Programs and with our Annual fundraising events.
Much of the rest of our fundraising dollars come from a collection of programs selected because of their unique ability to generate funding for our school without additional out-of-pocket expense to you. Your participation costs you nothing more than a change of habit.
SHOP to EARN SHOP to EARTH
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Shop to Earn and Shop to Earth, an online affiliate shopping network in order for our School to earn cash rewards every time our Cathedral families purchase items from over 900 retail stores. This is the largest Portal in America, one that allows all Cathedral families to give back while shopping for clothes, airline tickets, drugstore items, etc.
You have the ability to go online and purchase $25 restaurant gift cards from over 20 locations in Austin and pay only $10. You have the ability to buy all your drugstore items and pay no delivery fee and no tax from drugstore.com There are valuable savings to our Cathedral families as well as cash back to our school. Consider shopping from home for the holidays this year. Avoid the mall rush and support our school.

H.O.P.E. - Help Our Parish Educate
It's a simple concept. The school purchases HEB and Randall's buying cards at a 5% discount and sells them at face value. That's where the school gets its profit. You buy $20, $50 or $100 HEB or Randall's cards and use them to make all of your purchases at HEB, Central Market, or Randall's. Remember, there are no additional costs. Buy a $100 HEB or Randall's card and use it to buy $100 of groceries.
Buy your HEB and Randall's cards Monday thru Friday from 7:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the school office and/or, after all Sunday morning masses.

BOX TOPS for Education
General Mills’ BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION - This is a lucrative no-cost fundraising option for our school, which offers a three-fold approach: Clip, Shop and Charge.
Clip: Families are encouraged to clip and collect the Box Tops for Education labels on General Mills and Pillsbury products, and submit those clipped labels to the school office. These labels are collected and submitted en masse twice a year in exchange for cash, payable to our school.
Shop: Box Tops for Education also offers a shopping marketplace which pays our school a percentage of your online order total. All you have to do is join the Box Tops for Education Booster Club and begin all of your online shopping here! (We get extra credit for Booster Club registrations!)
Charge: Box Tops for Education also offers a Visa card, with no annual fee, which earns the school 1% of all purchases made with this card.
Campbell's Labels for Education
Campbell's Labels for Education-For more than 30 years, Labels for Education™ has been awarding free educational equipment to schools in exchange for proofs of purchase from the Campbell family of brands. It’s a fun, easy program where students, families and members of the community work together for a common goal. Clip and save UPC codes and caps from participating products. Certain labels are worth 5 points each. You don't need the entire label, just the UPC code! All eligible products are listed here.

Target - Apply for a Target credit card or update an existing card and designate Cathedral School of Saint Mary as the charitable organization of your choice. We'll earn a percentage back 1% of your purchases.
Capri Sun Pouches
Students are collecting Capri Sun empty pouches while they earn CASH and save the planet. The Capri Sun empty pouches get made into awesome school gear such as totes, pencil cases, bags and much more. And the students will learn a great lesson about helping the planet. Please drop-off any empty Capri Sun pouches in the school office.
